If you mean non-Christian religions, no. One God, one truth, one path, one light. There is no salvation outside of the Jesus Christ of the Holy Bible.

Jesus said in John 14:6: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
Other religions may accept Jesus in some way or form, yet their beliefs contradict Christ's own words. If their path to heaven is a path without going through Christ, then it will not lead to salvation according to the Bible.
