I have an N-guage setup. 2 locomotives, a dozen cars, probably 60 feet of track.

I don't have a layout built, and my cars are not line-correct, but it's fun to set it up for a while every couple of years or so.

What do you have?

By TCA I assume you mean Train Collectors of America?

I am in the NMRA: National Model Railroaders Association.

I have a 16x22 foot HO layout. Around 20 locomotives and well over 300 cars. I am also involved in the hobby industry.

JonCo54 do you build your own live steam? I know a couple guys near where I live who scratchbuild live steam out of brass. Very impressive stuff!

I have had a desire and strong interest in model railroading but at this point have not the room or time. Recently however, I have talked my wife into adding a room to the house, not necessarily for a railroading hobby but there will be enough room.

I have always dug the N scale trains. Smaller but yet they look more life like IMHO.

My dad has built (from a kit) a 1.5" scale live steam engine. The tender's not done yet, though.

Ah! He put it on YouTube! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdMmC4xbdhg

The video bounces around a lot, especially when it is zoomed in.
