I've had a few issues I've been working on for the past few days and have been trying to lay them at the feet of Jesus. It's been quite an emotional week for me and many others. Well, tonight there seemed to be a bit of a breakthrough in an area that has remained unspoken. Please continue to pray that we continue to see a breakthrough and for restoration in another relationship.

Jeannie, my heart truly goes out to you as I still know the pain all too well of my grandfather's success at his attempt. I am so greatful your aunt and cousin are okay physically and I pray that God will minister to each one. I pray that the root of what has caused this will be dealt with so there would be true emotional healing.
And praying Michelle that there would be continued progress in the healing and restoration of relationships. And praying God would minister to your heart and encourage you.
I would like to request prayer for my nephew and his roommate who will be traveling home a little later today after they finish classes. They will be traveling from Houghton, MI which is up in the Upper Peninsula. It's about a 6 hour trip. The roads and weather have been not too great here (northern lower peninsula) the last couple days and usually the UP gets hit harder so I would appreciate prayer for a safe trip for them both.

I pray that my disability hearing will be soon. I have been waiting for over a year now, and I am running out of funds. I became disabled after the third operation on my hip. This last time they replaced some of my leg bone with cadaver bone, well that didn't work out so well. Ever since the operation, I can't stand for more than ten to fifteen minutes before the pain becomes too much to stand. My job required me to stand, so my company let me go after one year on short term disability because I could not return to work. God is good, and I am truly blessed. But please pray that the disability hearing will be soon. I cannot take a job sitting either because I have pain in my him and upper leg when I sit to long too.

Praying, Ron, that the situation with the disability hearing would be resolved. And also praying that God would ease the pain you are experiencing.
And praising God with you, Kimberly! I know God doesn't always answer exactly the way we want, but He always takes care of our needs and reminds us that He is mindful of us.

Please keep DS in prayer... we have an appointment on the 1st to see the opthomologist to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. He wants to have them all done at once; he'll need to be put under for that.

Thank you! I think we're just waiting... I got the news as I was getting in to work. He is surrounded by family, so I don't think I'll be going to the hospital tonight. He won't know we're there anyway. One person is out of town for the week and had made arrangements so that none of us would have to contact her... she's the one I'm worried about most. Those of us over here are dealing with anger right now.
Edited: We got the news a little while ago. Please pray specifically for E. and R. as they were very close to him, and for K. as I think she is out of town.

Please be praying for a girlfriend who is in the Army. She is not saved. She is stationed at The Hague since she's working for NATO right now. Anyway, she's really struggling with being alone - not just as in being single, but that she's got very few friends to do things with, and where she lives, people are very closed off - especially to Americans.

Thanks for the travelling prayers...I'm not, but my kids are.
Please pray for us tomorrow. If certain words aren't said TONIGHT, then certain other words need to be said tomorrow. I am very tired and weary in this situation. I need God to give us all wisdom and words, but He has withheld both--and I don't understand why. Nor has He intervened in a way that we can discern. I just don't get it...
At any rate, your prayers will be appreciated.

Lifting each request before God.
I would like to request prayer again for my aunt who was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago. The day after Thanksgiving she is going in for her 2nd chemo treatment. They have found more masses in other areas and will be doing biopsies on them on December 5th. Not only would I like to request prayer for her physically but I also would like to request prayer so that I know how to talk to her. She's convinced that she's not going to beat the cancer and that she's going to die. She's not saved so I really want to be open to God's leading in how to talk to her. I will be spending the day with her tomorrow.
