I am trying to help my friend sign up for crosswalk. She walked through all the steps but never received a confirmation from you.
It says her name has not be activated. When she tried to re-sign up she is given message that the name is already taken.........when she changes her name and she gets the message that the email address has already been used.
It seems the name took but for some reason is not letting her log in.
Any suggestions
