I love women. From the way they look to the way they smell. So when it comes to the top three things that I can't stand in females it would be the same as the top three I can't stand in people in general.
Selfishness. Arrogance. Being vengeful.

My number one all time thing I can't stand about girls is cooties. Otherwise they're pretty much all good in my books.
Now to answer the other other question (Top 3 things girls do that guys can't stand?)...
I can't stand it when women use their emotions to manipulate others.
I can't stand it when women verbally abuse/belittle others (and they are usually very good at it).
I can't stand it when women play games in relationships.

The other one is that we are not mind readers women tend to throw out hints and the men in their life are supposed to "get it" we don't take hints say what you mean.

1. If i pay them any attention at all they seem to assume i am hitting on them. This is indicated by their telling me about their husband of their commitment to another man, usually within two sentences.
2. Jealously....assuming the worst. Is there another woman?
3. Spend too much time in the bathroom. lol

1. Endless blame / complaining about things that are nobody's business and/or beyond anybody's power to change.
2. Manipulative, controlling games.
3. Drama queen behavior; making bad decisions and then attempting to play the victim card.

Top 3...hmmm that's difficult...
1. Liars
2. Verbally/Mentally abusive (my mother used to stick my sister and I with guilt trips growing up. You shouldn't feel like hanging out with friends, when you are 7, is abandoning your family!)
3. The feeling that (in a serious relationship) that whatever the woman wants to do, she can. But the guy has to get permission first

Lying is really important, and just behind it are selfishness (we're in a relationship now, it can't always be about you) and when girls go out of their way to impress everybody else, but wouldn't do a single thing to impress me. I'm not saying every single minute of the day she's got to look her best/act, but it doesn't hurt to try and respond the same way I do when I try to be cute. That can be frustrating, and can make me not want to try and do "cutsie" things, haha.

1) Dishonest/Untrustworthy (Do not lie... no matter how small... for any reason... no exceptions... ever!)

I saw someone did four so I will only do two:
Changes after a relationship gets going (just like guys do)
Even the many woman who are way smarter than me are not smart when it comes to helping guys pursue other girls or themselves - but they think they are. I have had way too many girls tell me "You have no chance with me." "You have no chance with my friend." "You really need to stop pursuing that girl." "You really need to stop pursuing that girl in that manner." I believed them. Only to later realize they had no idea what they were talking about.

The following I do not like about females:
1) Not knowing what she wants, not level headed, a confused women
2) A women that is lazy about taking care of herself, short hair, looking like a guy in a way that she dresses and behaves, no makeup or perfume and not fix her self up with in reason of course, not looking like a clown with loads of makeup
3) A Married woman who listens more to her friends or relatives than her husband
Those kind of women gives women a bad name and they are a major disgrace!
Also I only trust a women to who loves God more than she loves me :)

): If you wear your hair long during the enitre courtship/dating/engagemnet phase, do not cut it when you get married. The guy married you expecting you to have long hair like you always have had. Then you cut it 
. (If you have to cut it, at least ask him first to see if he will mind)
