CoeurdeLeon_ -> The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 4:42:31 PM)

Denizens,

The other thread got 'corrupted' (see what you did???[8D]) so I'm starting this brand-new, uncorrupted, squeaky-clean one.

You still have to believe that the earth is round, rotates on it's axis and revolves around the sun. That's just a given.[;)]

Welcome![:D]

Edited to put the correct smace in the list.[8D]

Kath -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 4:43:16 PM)

Thank you Lioness. You're the best!

I told Fritz about it so no one else needs to bother with emailing him.
ETA: unless they really want to.

phosadaud -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 4:47:09 PM)

Well, I knew we were all corrupt but... [8D]

.Pammy -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 4:50:49 PM)

Okay, I found ya and I'm re-subbed. I got your reply about The Notebook just before the . . . er . . . corruption. Thanks.

Did part of your mind disappear along with the thread...

...or have you not been paying attention?[sm=cooltilt.gif]

Welcome![:D]

Man the old thread had so much material to use when I wanted to quote something out of context, now what am I going to do?

bluestone -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 5:07:14 PM)

I wondered how I got "unsubbed".....
corruption follows the evil of this earth....

CoeurdeLeon_ -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 5:08:12 PM)

Yes, but just think, now we can repeat ourselves and no one's the wiser.

Or am I the only forgetful, redundant one who thinks that's an advantage?[8D]

bluestone -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 5:09:47 PM)

by the way, the number of Christians who are refusing to believe that Earth rotates around the sun, etc. is growing.

Repetitive too...

OK... That's a really scary thought... [&:]

BlessedAngel1983 -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 5:37:24 PM)

I'm sad the old thread got deleted. [sm=crystreams.gif] There were a lot of pearls of wisdom there.

At least we can start over though![sm=funny.gif]

armydude -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 5:46:09 PM)

That is true. There was a lot of wisdom in the old thread. But the wisdom is still here, and now we get to share it all over again!

armydude -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 5:47:49 PM)

So with a new thread do we need a new word of the day?

Qtman -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 5:52:26 PM)

I don't know what happened to it but it's disappearance cost me a bunch of post.[:(]

Qtman -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 6:23:17 PM)

The bright side is if I keep losing post at this rate by the end of the year I'll be New Member. Will the past be forgotten then? Maybe Kath can answer that for me.[:D]

MindySue69 -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 6:30:35 PM)

I was going to go and read the old posts when I was bored, so I could get to know weveryone in here better.

[&o]

Now I can't.

MindySue69 -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 6:32:54 PM)

Does anyone else here love Gene Kelly or is it just me?

I'm watching An American in Paris now, and am just in love. I also love Singin' In the Rain - that's probably my favorite movie of his.

May be a good thing. If you learned too much about some of us it would scare you off.[:D]

I'd think you'd rather be super than new!

At least Mindy Sue still has enough posts for her custom avatar.

Well of course I would. But if push comes to shove a fresh start might be good too.[:D]

Kath -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 6:45:40 PM)

Oh, and Mindy, I plan on moving the old thread back into the viewing area, after everyone has found the new thread. Sometime this week I'm sure. I just didn't want everyone clicking on the old thread and getting confused. So you'll still get the chance to read it.

Qtman -> RE: The Lion's Den (8/17/2008 6:46:54 PM)

Kath I was celebrating my 34th Anniversary and missed it. Can I ask what happened to the old thread?

WOW! congratulations.

All I can say is it got corrupted. But it's all fixed now and won't happen again, of that I am sure.

Thanks.

We took a vote tonight and decided to go for 34 more.[:D] BTW the vote was 2 - 0
