Spaghetti and Caesar salad...and we all know whose fault that is, don't we?

I made taco soup tonight, using leftover pintos from last night.

Homemade pizza. I've got some grilled chicken to put on it, as well as back bacon (what Canadians call "Canadian bacon" here). I could use a few more veggies, though.

Burgers on the grill. We're getting close to the end of grilling season.

I felt creative today so I have spaghetti sauce on the stove, chicken in the crockpot and hamburger stew in another crockpot. I have choices! (I think I haven't cooked in a few days since Friend Hubby was out of town.)

I'm leaning toward the chicken with a stovetop stuffing recipe I got from Tricia.

I made a big pot of beef stew with lots of carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes and rutabeggies (sp?) in it. I'm drooling just thinking about it!

I also made spaghetti sauce from the tomatoes from the garden. So we are having spaghetti and Italian sausage for dinner.

I had leftover chicken parmesan from last night, and I made some bread in the bread machine with Italian seasoning & parmesan cheese in it--it was delicious--first time making that recipe.

I was feeling "Irish", we had corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes! LOL, who says they're only for St. Paddy's day?

Chicken pot pie. I'm out of potatoes, though, so I'm going to experiment (uh oh) and try putting barley in the filling instead of potatoes.

We had the spaghetti yesterday, I have Friend Hubby the hamburger stew for lunch today, so I do believe it will be chicken and dressing tonight.

That "Irish" dinner sounds sooooo good!

I don't know. Maybe grilled chicken breasts. I have some leftover barley I might eat as a side dish if I can figure out how to dress it up.

I don't know what I'm doing today. Of course, it's only 10:00 am, so I have time to figure it out!
