I grilled steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs and pork chops Sunday night. We'll be eating leftovers from that tonight.

We're also having zucchini and tomatoes and zucchini bread. My son brought 4 huge zucchinis back from the farm.

Hubby had Hamburger Helper. I didn't have time to eat that before leaving for a meeting, so I had 2 chicken fajitas from McDonald's on the way.

Tonight is either turkey sausage chili or baked chicken thighs with Essence rubbed in. If I make the chicken, I will shred it and wrap it in red lettuce.

I think it will be the chicken cause my turkey sausage needs to marinate at least 24 hours. It's only been about 8 hours.

last night, we had chicken bbq on rolls and a romaine salad w/ tomatoes & avacados. Yum. Not sure about tonight -- may be a repeat.

I'm hoping someone will see this before I burn or undercook my roast. I've got a 1 1/2 lb. pork roast in the oven on 350....I dunno how long I should cook it in there.....should I tent it? Thanks!

My package said 20-25 minutes per pound at 350°. I usually cook my pork uncovered. Today I had to run some errands so I cooked my 1 1/2 pound roast covered at 300°. I ended up being gone for 2 1/2 hours, but the roast was still good when I got home.

Last night's dinner was a bowl of popcorn and two left over biscuts with butter and honey...

I hope to do better tonight, but haven't planned anything yet.

Beef stew and grumpy son, huh?

I'm making a roast and baked potatoes in the crockpot.
