Tonight Kevin had tuna casserole. I had a salad mix (before it went bad) and 1/2 cup of cooked barley (before it went bad). Later on I had some grapes and cheese and crackers.

So a reminder would be helpful. Thanks. Sure! I brown 1 pound of hamburger with some chopped onion, salt and pepper, then add 2 cans of Rotel and a head of cabbage sliced into ribbons, the cover and simmer until the cabbage is tender. Served over rice, it tastes a lot like cabbage rolls. We sometimes add a slice of American cheese melted in, and DH always adds ketchup. Cheap, easy, and nutritious.

We had pizza. It was free also since we had to wait for nearly an hr for it to cook. The reason why is the first time the pizza stuck to the pan and only half of it came off,so they had to make us a new one.The guy must have felt bad cause when the new pizza was ready he said we were free to go.

Cool about the free pizza! I suppose it was worth it as long as you weren't starving, LOL! Tonight is homemade chicken mac & cheese.
