There's a girl at my church that I like... I think she likes me too... She said she had a boyfriend, but he kinda deserted her... so I want to ask her out, but I don't want to find out that she still likes her old boyfriend or that she really doesn't like me... so what should I do?

And I've never had a girlfriend....

So I need a little help...

She needs to indicate to you whether she is still dating this boyfriend or not..She is telling you that he kinda...(which leaves questions) deserted her. Also...you THINK she likes you too...You do not know for sure...(another question)

I think you need to tell her that you are interested in her and see what she tells you.

I'd just ask her if she still intends on going out with the bf - if not, then ask her out for a date.
