I don't think anyone here knows my real name--I like a little mystery It seems most people call me Diva --a few Divabrat--both are fine--but I sometimes think maybe y'all are referring to DenimDiva when you call me Diva.

With all these monikers I am bound to get confused so forgive me if I address you in some way other than what you like/want.
I'm one that calls you Diva. I have a hard time calling you anything with "Brat" in it.
However, if you prefer DivaBrat, then that's what it will be.

Whoo--you do not know me if you have a hard time with the brat part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets see, the Toy Lady is not you, but I thought it was you. You hadn't mentioned it being you at all, so I got confused instead.

You can call me phosy...

-------------------

I think it's funny how people pronounce phosy. In my head, I always think "foe-see", but it seems most folks think "fah-see". In reality it wouldn't be pronounced either way but we won't go there...

Oh Brat is ok. When it is just Diva I think it might be DenimDiva. I am a DIVA and a BRAT.

armydude,

Wow! I had no idea there were so many preferences for what posters wanted to be called, as far as variations or nicknames. It never occurred to me that it mattered. Now I know.

I just have one name here, "wintery", but sometimes I use "wintery man". While you may know some other name I'll answer to, on here I just think of myself as "wintery". Some have used the alternate spelling "wintry" and that doesn't bother me.

I think I'm just going to refer to everyone as their actual log-in from now on to be on the safe side.

A brilliant idea with this thread armydude. It reveals a lot.

ok, should I just call you Diva then? You do realize that dabrat is 90's hip hop slang. Not sure what it means though.

Diva is good--the slang thing scares me--can only imagine what it could mean. And for now call me tired. I have been working between posts and still have about an hour more to do before I sleep. So guess I need to say good night.

I think it's funny how people pronounce phosy. In my head, I always think "foe-see", but it seems most folks think "fah-see". In reality it wouldn't be pronounced either way but we won't go there...

Funny, I'm one of these - "it seems most folks think "fah-see"

but phonetically, it should be like you said "foe-see".

But now you've got me curious about the other thing you said -
quote:

In reality it wouldn't be pronounced either way but we won't go there...

Sure you don't want to go there? I'd love to know!
