Ryanne, you'll pass. You know you will. Did you really mean you want another baby before Gabby is 15 (fifteen) or is that a typo?

Jeanie, do you happen to know the name of the hospital? I have been searching high and low for those programs, but the only one I can find is government sponsored. Which is fine, but it's hard to get accepted into the program, and it's based on need.

Hi all Nothing exciting going on here. I have so much to do and no energy or want to do it. I really really want another baby but DH says no way no how get a dog and pretend. I don't want a dog I want a baby. But oh well submit to hubby submit to hubby. That is the chant I keep telling myself.

Thank you Jeanie I know that I should be satisfied with the 4 I have and its not that I'm not its just I don't know. Sometimes it feels so selfish to want another one when I already have 4.

ORIGINAL: Mrs.Wifey I am here, just making phone calls and trying to track down information for school. I hate making large, life altering decisions. Can I please be 17 again? Oh, I know how you feel. I don't have specific advice about nursing school, but I've felt your pain. I was so nervous when I got the P.E. license, because that mean that if I put my stamp on a drawing, and something went badly wrong, I could be legally liable. Now, I've never stamped anything unless I was comfortable with the integrity of the design, but I'm human, it's possible I could've missed something. But all I can do is my best work, and leave the rest to God. Chelsea, glad you have your hubby home for a while. My dad comes home today after a long business trip. Mom has no children at home, but she misses him when he's gone. She did come to spend last weekend with us, to help pass the time.

Ryanne - That is a tough decision! Chelsea - Glad you are enjoying your hubby being home The livingroom, nursery, and dining room are clean. I am going to put a load of laundry on, scrub the kitchen top to bottom, and sweep/mop the foyer. Tomorrow will be bathrooms, bedrooms, and office/playroom. I did run to the local consignment shop and they had two Graco carseats for $28.50. But, I got to thinking about not knowing if these car seats had been in a wreck. I just could not get peace about purchasing a used car seat. So we ran to Walmart and I found a basic car seat (Cosco brand) for under $50. It is just to have an extra carseat to keep in hubby's car so we can use his car more and for him to be able to pick Hunter up from Parent's Morning Out program some too. So, hubby gets paid tomorrow so sometime next week we will go pick it out. Well, I have more cleaning to do while the lil' guy is sleeping...

That is exciting, Jess! Chelle, we probably have the same seat(Cosco Scenara) at my parents house and it works well for a back up seat.

What's weird is the Scenera is less than $50 in the US, but over $100 here ... and even though they are identical, we can't use US seats in Canada because of insurance and other stuff ... basically if we're ever in an accident and have a seat not purchased in Canada, insurance won't cover any injuries, etc. on the child who was using the 'foreign' seat. (Even though the only difference in the seats is the safety standards sticker ... because the seats are made in the same factory and then shipped ... grr ... more than double the cost because of a sticker!!!)

Jessica, are you going to show us the bags? I'm printing the pages as regular sized pages - 8.5x11... we have to have multiple copies made, so they need to be cheap.

ORIGINAL: Mrs.Wifey Denver School of Nursing= $36k in tuition, no waiting list, 90% NCLEX pass rate will NOT work with federal grants or loans. Arapahoe Community College= $15k (or so) in tuition, 2.5-3 year waiting list, 100% NCLEX pass rate Denver Community College= $15k in tuition, not sure on the waiting list but don't think it's long(trying to get ahold of someone to ask), 70% NCLEX pass rate. I am SO torn. Honestly, I would probably go with Denver Community College, if it sounds like they have a decent program. I wouldn't put a ton of stock into the NCLEX pass rate. Honestly, the NCLEX is like no other exam you will ever take. But there are tons of books and CD's and even classes you can take to prepare for it. The price seems right, and it sounds like you would rather just start instead of being on a waiting list, right?

Congrats Jeanie on your niece, she's gorgeous! MAN OH MAN! What a night!! Nathaniel is sick And I am mad at how he caught it. Friends of ours kids are always sick. They just don't use common sense or hygiene when it comes to sickness. They asked us over Monday night so we went, she failed to tell me her daugher had been off from school sick with a bad chesty cough, had been throwing up etc. I told the daughter to keep away (she's 7) but she kept going to Nath and I had to constantly tell her and her little brother who is 4 to back away. I didnt want to stay but what can I say "your kids are sick, sorry I am out of here?" plus that was when hubby and I were still at odds and it would of caused a MASSIVE fight. So now he is sick and was up all night with a temp and coughing. So I have had about 4 hours sleep altogether. I am not happy. I am very tired. Like we need this. Why don't parents think of other people and say "hey she's sick, just letting you know?" Next time I am going to ask if her kids are sick. Nath has only had one other cold apart from this. And then I had this dumb nightmare that hubby was going to marry my mum, and noone would help me, and mum kicked me out and hubby didn't want to marry her once I spoke to him but she was forcing him to. ugh ugh ugh I hope my day gets better.
