Hello, I ate at Memories in Etowah. I had a salad, chicken strips and sweet potato chips. Could not eat it all, brought some home.

Been there a couple of times. They use to have Buffalo Burgers do they still? Any way bought a huge Boston Butt Pork roast from the local Knights of Columbus at our local Catholic church today. Unbelievable dry rub that they use, cook the meat all knight I mean night and I.... just.......think.....I.....gotta have some more excuse me will ya?
