If God is your first priority, then service to Him (ministry) should be next. Ministry includes ministry to spouse and family, to fellow believers, and to the lost. And service to Him also means doing absolutely the best job possible in our employment.
Evidently ministry within the church context seems to be overwhelming you. But that is not a reason to quit. Quitters never win, and winners never quit.
Your problems could well be (1) inability to manage your time properly and (2) self-discipline. While your heart is in the right place, it takes discipline to fulfill all our obligations properly, and discipline means being organized and efficient. Something which not too many people have learned.
So perhaps it is time to find someone who knows you well and who can objectively critique your skills in these areas. Be prepared for the worst without getting defensive. If you do not believe that discipline is "spiritual" study the book of Nehemiah in depth. This man not only had his priorities right, but he had the discipline to implement them on a day-to-day basis.
Finally, a lot of Christians have the notion that family must take the highest priority in this life. While family is important, there must be a balanced allocation of time and energy to all our responsibilities. Neglecting our jobs means indirectly neglecting our families, and neglecting our ministries means failing to teach our family the necessity of doing the Lord's business.
