Hi All,

I am going through a vulnerable time as I just lost my job and am looking for a new one.

Many times when I am feeling vulnerable, the enemy starts bringing "knight and shining armors" out of the woodwork!!! eeek! Sometimes, those men are wonderful and Godly, just not the right person for me.

Because I am vulnerable, I am finding myself attracted more to this guy at church. I am 35, He is early 20s. No No No!!!!!!! This isn't okay! Too Young!!! Positive. I have prayed about it many times.

Pray that God will help me to trust him during this time, instead of looking for love in the wrong places to "medicate" my vulnerability.

AMEN splost...I am so sorry you lost your job. I know that feeling.

Lord, I lift up splost to you tonight. Please give her peace of mind that you are handling this situation. Do not let anything distract her, show her the man you want for her. Let it be known that he is from you, satan will try to put himself in the middle of this Lord but you will shine through in the end. Show yourself to her and that a godly man will be placed in her life. Please provide her with a wonderful job and that she will not worry.

Lord thank you for the love Splost has for you.
Thank You that you will give her strength to face any situation.
Lord I pray you will comfort her and draw her near you.
I pray Lord every area of her life will be fullfilled through your word,love and will for her life.
Help her Lord to stay focused on those things which will help her in her walk with you.
Lord I pray she will be a great example of your love and truth as she puts all her faith in you.
Thank You Lord for all you are doing in her life
May your will be done

Lord,

My prayer is that is that through this trial of unemployment Splost learns to look at you as her provision. You always have amazing things for us to step into after our worst trials. And I simply pray that you guide her, and show her exactly where you are in her time of need.

Lord, sometimes we look at others when there's a part of us that's broken that only you can heal. Some call it the Godshaped Hole that only you can fill. Sometimes it's more simply about deepening our walk, or our faith and trust in you above all else.

Jesus I just ask that as Splost makes this transition in her life, that by the power of your Holy Spirit, you strengthen her in the area of self control in ways she can only attribute to your direct intervention and power. You give us the power to overcome any and ALL temptations.

I thank You for Splost, and for her desire to do the right and holy thing. I thank you for all you are already doing in her life. I thank you Jesus for the freedom you brought by your sacrifice.

In your most precious and holy name, we ask you for these things.

Father, I thank you that nothing takes you by surprise. While splost may be surprised/may have been unprepared for this situation with her job, You knew about it at the beginning of time, AND have already made a way ... You have already prepared the answer/solution to her situation. Father, I thank you that the righteous have never been forsaken. Father, I thank you that it is your will that we have food, clothing, shelther. That we owe no man. Nor is it your will that we depend on anyone other than you to meet our needs. Jehovah Jirah I thank you that you have already provided for her needs. Lead/guide/direct splost's steps to the business/company where she can use the skills, talents & abilities you've blessed with and I ask that the salary be what you know is needed so that she will owe no man anything other than love.

Father, strenghten her faith and envelope her in Your love that she would know that you are with her - in the midst of the storm. Let your love cast out all fear and let her confidence be in you. Father, I pray that you'd heal every place in her heart that cause her to be/feel vulnerable to the desires of the flesh. By your Holy Spirit, reveal to her that "sin" and the lustful desires of sin, no longer have dominion over her. May your Word be a lamp unto her feet and light unto her path. Give her victory Lord, so that she can testify to others of your great power.
