Macaroni and cheese, cornbread, homemade applesauce.

Tomorrow will be chicken and biscuits, with chicken from chicken soup someone brought yesterday. There was a LOT of chicken in it.

Roasted Chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy. I roasted a chicken in one of those McCormick roaster bags and ended up using my own seasoning, it came out super moist and juicy. The bag contained all the juices instead of them evaporating and it's going to make really good gravy.

Tonight was a quickie--hamburger helper--some kind of noodles w/sauce and then some cheese sauce on top--and leftover field peas.

Cherish - sounds really good. My favorite is Lorraine!

Mine too. She's really nice. LOL! (I actually do have a friend named Lorraine who I used to help make party sized quiches when there was a get together for some reason).

Beef stew, pasta, cauliflower and peas.

Tonight was teriyaki baked salmon, leftovers from the veggie packet we threw on the grill last night (broccoli, yellow squash, carrots, and onion), and wild rice/brown rice blend.

I'm going to grill steak, hamburgers, hot dogs and probably pork chops. We'll eat off of that the next couple of days.

I made tofu "chicken" burgers. Good, but needed salt. Served with lima beans and spinach salad.
