Sometimes when I've created a ticket, I've noticed the moderator it's assigned to isn't online. When that happens, should I pm another moderator or just let it go?

We all check the ticket list periodically, so no, you won't need to PM a mod. :)

ETA: I do try and check tickets while I'm online every 20 minutes or so, but sometimes I do forget.
Roberta....I have noticed that rarely is the mod that answers the ticket the one that it is "assigned" to.

I hope you ladies think that's a good thing. IT's because we work together and check all the tickets so that if there is a major issue it doesn't sit all day until the assigned mod my be online
