I did not accuse you of anything until after the fact that you blew up in my face over a simple confusion of your post. You and I have had our run-ins, and I even made a joke on this thread in an attempt to "get along" but I guess that didn't work.

Here's the facts. You wrote a post that was very confusing. You did not explain your position, and yet you expect us not to make assumptions. This is a message board. WE DON"T KNOW YOU. All we know is what you type on your computer. And when you say something along the lines of "Jesus Christ is not the only Christ" do you REALLY expect us not to have question marks over our heads?! Seriously, if you are going to go into all this Greek and Hebrew mubmo-jumbo, and talk about something a lot of people have never heard, you MUST explain yourself. You can not expect me and others here to have ESP and be able to know what's on your mind. WE WERE CONFUSED, and that was not our fault. Now, can we move on like civilized adults?

I have to ask for one simple favor. When a question is asked to you, could you just give a simple answer? Granted, some questions are not simple, but most are, and most do not need a comprehensive grammar lesson to explain it. You wrote a 16 paragraph essay regarding you belief in Jesus' deity. That is not required. A simple yes or no will do just fine. Any more than that just open the door wider for more confusion and misunderstandings. This exact thing happened on one of your threads, and I pray it doesn't happen again. When someone asks you a question, can you just answer it? No one here meant harm by any questions directed to you. We were all confused, and with every right to be, and we had questions that needed answers. We weren't trying to "play games." That's all. No harm, no foul.

Sorry to interject but I'd like to say that this is a great point that we could all benefit from. This method of communication (the forum) is perfect for breeding confusion leading to annoyance. Therefore we should try to keep our posts fairly brief and as simple as possible IMO.

Yes, I've noticed that the conspiracy theories run rife around here; mostly feeding off peoples' egos.

I'll be quiet now...

I guess not, Theo. Feel free to file a compliant in lieu of responding to some very simple questions.

I have no complaint. I have no patience either for those who insist on having things their way even contrary to rules agreed upon prior to using the facilities.

The thread theme is "Who is Jesus? Who is Christ? THAT has been the focus of my responses. Insistence by those who did not know what I was talking about has made the exchange just a tad tense by insisting I do it "their way."

I will move on.

Please do because in all of those posts you made you could have taken 10% of that time and simply answered a Christian's question of: Jesus is the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Alpha and the Omega - do you agree? Yes or no?

But you're moving on, so we shall never know. That seems to be par for the course with you when in the other thread you insist on saying that anyone who attends church is wrong and disobeying the Word of God, yet you do just that but only in your house. Same difference.

And YOU could have stuck with the questions in the opening post. But you HAD to have a response to YOUR question though it was off theme.
Perish forbid you should be disappointed.

Nothing wrong with expecting an answer to a simple question asked. A question directly related to the theme of the thread and one that should be a joy for any self-professing Christian to respond to.

It was off theme because you CONFUSED him!!! Why can't you just see this, admit it, and answer his question? He needs an answer to his questions because you confused him. That's what happens on message boards. He is not playing any games with you t_b. No one is out to get you, waiting to pounce when you fall. Please don;t play the victim here. We were confused, and asked for answers. If you see something wrong with this, then message boards like this one are not meant for you.

I will make one more effort to help you understand. It was not the question that was so bad. It was the fact I had already had one thread closed down, that I wanted very much to persue. I was told to take it to the thread that was already dealing with the issue. The problem with that is it was already on another issue, and there was no way to intelligently break into the theme to present my post. It became a no win situation. I saw your questions as a duplicate situation. And no, it was not as simple as just answering the question. I did not confuse him, he became confused because we were not on the same theme. And from there it escalated.

I apologize for my part in any misunderstanding.

I do wish we could communicate within the parameters described in the rules.
