I think any Christian who does the Yoga EXCERCISES knows of its spiritual side and they DO NOT practice it; at least the eastern spiritual side. So in that regard they are not ignorant.
They're also aware of a couple of other things. "Greater is He who is in me than who is in the world." 1 John 4:4
If you want to be a purist when it comes to Christianity there is only one more thing you need to do according to Jesus, "Go sell what you have and give to the poor." Matthew 19:21
