Is it pending to be approved?

It's within 145 by 145 and smaller than 10 kb's. I have enough posts (from what I've read).

Why is this?

guidelines are:
145x145 max
10k max
gif or jpeg

Alright. I tried uploading my picture several times. I did enough posts so I could do this.
I pressed apply THEN ok. And it still doesn't show. It's very frustrating! So if any of you can help, that would be amazing.
