Michael W. Smith, and Chris Rice are 2 that come quicklly to mind. Not sure exactally what your looking for, so I'm not sure if this helps.

I lead worship on piano, so I am also on the lookout for new piano and keyboard sounds. It can be both challenging and rewarding to work out a fresh piano riff to lead an otherwise guitar driven song.
There are several Christian artists that play piano occasionally (like Chris Tomlin) but not primarily. If you want to look for other artists that will help you grow as a piano or keyboard player, I would recommend the band Coldplay (Chris Martin on piano and lead vocals). Their song "Clocks" has pretty much redefined a lot of modern piano driven rock (check out the song on YouTube). In fact, you can hear this same type of piano riff at the beginning of recent songs by Michael W. Smith and Newsboys (not usually a piano band).
The other artist I would check out is Rob Thomas, both a solo artist and with the band Matchbox 20. He is an amazing songwriter and does a lot on piano.

Michael Passons (a solo artist who has now become Point of Grace's current pianist, and with Heather Payne's departure, Shelley Breen noted that he will be singing the fourth part of the older 4-part harmonies. Should be fun to see how 4-part POG songs sound with him!)

yes...the Fray is a great selection...
also, Keane...
Newsboys, well some of their stuff, is piano driven (check out "Stay Strong"), they are a very diverse band...
also check out Downhere...(A Better Way, Little is Much, The Real Jesus)
the best bands, of my liking, always include a piano somewhere...
