It would be nice if you could have a fish fry (assuming that they catch anything... )

Yes...that is if they can find someone to cook it for them...ick...I hate cooking fish!!! Besides that is the night we all meet at Tony's!

You could always pack them in your suitcase for the trip home.

Don't think so....do you not know how hot it is down here...by the time we get to the SC stateline folks would be able to smell us before we reached them.
Hubby said something about taking the cooler and freezing them then packing them on ice right before we leave. I hate to be a spoil sport but I'm hoping they don't catch any. Usually when he flyfishes he will catch and release.

Better a spoil sport than a spoiled fished smell in the car.

That is correct.

The significance is that is was taken at the Singles Get Together two week ago.

How about Sardines on the manifold...when my youngest brother got married one of his wife's cousins did that to them!!! He and his wife changed their wedding date from November to June when they found out we set our's for August. So I told him that is what he got for changing the date to beat us down the aisle!! Also...Virginia's state laws take affect July 1st...guess who had to have blood tests to get their marrige license and who didn't???? Yep...we didn't!!!! ~This was back in 1984...

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck would chuck wood?
That is unclear as of yet. The woodchucks have formed a union, and their representative released a statement today that we are putting too much pressure to find out what they would do under circumstances that are just not so. They are asking for a settlement of $1,000,000 or someone to show them what in the world "chucking wood" actually is. I told them to go talk to Kerr...

And now that we know I have too much time on my hands...

Goodnight Lynn!

James, I'm surprised that with all the times you've tackled me, I never noticed you were a woodchuck before... Apparently my observation skills need to be honed...

Maybe it is because a woodchuck would tackle around the ankles.

I have first hand knowledge that if one gets too close to a woodchuck it will sneer at you. It's most intimidating.

Why are there flotation devices under plane seats instead of parachutes?

Because a flotation device won't get you sucked into a burning jet engine.

Hey Mike, remember at Tony's when I said that I would like to serve on jury duty? Well the Circuit Court of Sevier County has decided to grant my wish. I didn't know that the term is for TWO MONTHS.

Can you tell if these will be criminal or civil trials? Or maybe a grand jury?

The Circuit Court Clerk can tell you. You are probably subject to being called for both criminal and civil. I doubt that it is grand jury.

Very few criminal cases go to trial these days. We haven't had one in our county in over two years.

The average is 390 butt cords per day.

I think it is a pretty guitar. Here it is at their site.

Here is the A&L that I'm also looking at. They also have it in black, which is kind of fun and rebellious. It's the one I'm leaning towards.

Mrs. K and I vote for the cool black guitar. And it's cedar so it will smell good.

I appreciate that delayed gratification is a virtue, but if you wait too long, Mr. cranky may want to combine two birthday gifts into one.
