Let me clarify.
There is NO OTHER PLACE that we are taught about the Holy Spirit or God's Son (Jesus) than in the Bible.
We know that the Holy Spirit and Jesus was part of the creative process only because the Bible tells us so.
Although the creation bears testament to God, a creative designer if you will, the Bible is the ONLY place where "who" God is is clarified.
If God is evident in creation Jesus must be as well... Man is without excuse because creation is evident of the truth of God... If Jesus isn't part of that it's not the truth...

There simply seems to be some miscommunication here. When Moses wrote the Pentateuch, he was inspired to write that "In the beginning GOD created the heavens and the earth". It was only about 1600 years later, that John wrote "In the beginning was the Word..." and that the Word was the Creator.
Therefore, until John wrote his Gospel, those who read Scripture only read of God as the Creator. It is Christians who are made aware that the Word -- Jesus -- is also the Creator. Therefore, FSB is partially correct.
On the other hand, "the Spirit of God" is mentioned in the first chapter of Genesis, therefore at least two Persons of the Godhead were known to be involved with creation before the Gospel of John.
The real issue, it appears, is whether God's creation speaks of His redemption. It does speak of His power and His Godhead, but it is in revelation -- Scripture -- that we read of God's redemption. Without the written Word of God and the preaching of the Gospel, we would not know of redemption through His blood.
