And even when cult leaders are exposed as phonies, the "faithful" keep believing in them anyway.

I also found this interesting Aliens Caught In An Abduction Attempt On Tape: Analysis Pt1 Everyone seems to be giving this a lot of credit but I don't really see what the big deal is. The video is blurry and I can hardly make out much of it and so what if people found radiation in the area that didn't show up in a few samples that were collected. The area could have a million things around it that could have radiation (and it just so happens that the particular samples they took did not have that radiation), just because they found radiation in the area doesn't mean that alien technology is somehow behind it. I also find it strange that they just happen to be filming themselves throwing a ball around at the time this happened (not saying that they are trying to deceive us, just that it's a little suspicious).

Alien Encounters If the folks being abducted were being grabbed for scientific purposes then why do they report discussions of philosophy and religion so often? I think they are demonic and part of the end times deception to cause people's faith to fail.

A Discovery Channel show on SETI just released that our broadcasts are too weak to be picked up more than 4 light years away because of the dissipation of the signal over the distance from the transmitter. It would take much more technologically advanced radios to pick up an understandable signal past that distance from the source. That may make the search for extraterrestrial life to wasted time.

I didn't know that! Thanx. I'd have to agree; Not sure what we're spending on SETI, but it seems it would be better spent "going out there" then "listening for out there".
