Robb/Labguy.... are we Borg tonight?

I'm off to get groceries at WalMart and head back to headbang to the Carpenters (I think that would qualify as quirky!)

That's definitely quirky! But you know what, if Metallica can jam with the San Francisco symphony, you can definitely headbang your heart away with the Carpenters! Can you make a video of it though?

I'm a cowboy that hates country music.

How's that for quirky?

I kid you not..I saw what you wrote but I read "I'm a cowboy... who rides an ostrich!"

Had to read it twice.

Hey, maybe a new rodeo event.

It's a reference to the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Christmas special. That was one of the toys on the Island of Misfit Toys.

-Robb

I don't remember that one.

You don't remember the movie or you don't remember the scene? In the movie, Rudolph and Hermie decide to run away and land on the Island of Misfit Toys where they meet, among others, the "cowboy, who rides an ostrich."

I love that movie! And the Island of misfit toys ... especially the "Charlie in the Box!" ... hmmmm ... is that quirky?

I don't remember the scene. I haven't watched that movie since I was a kid.

THAT'S the one I was trying to remember! After watching the movie as a kid, I remember wanting to have a Charlie in the Box.

That's ok, I taped it for my son years ago and we watched it every year at Christmas time, so after I watch it once to refresh my memory, I have it memorized. I was trying to find it on YouTube, but that scene isn't there.

The only thing that really sticks in my memory in that "bumbles bounce"

Good old Yukon Cornelius!

That's one might humble bumble.

I've got all those Christmas specials on DVD. We watch them all every Christmas season. Unfortunately they didn't invlude the classic Noelco (Norelco) commercials.

I can still sing most of the songs for Rudolph (I guess that would be quirky)

Here is another quirk of mine, I hate that crackle sound from chip bags.
If my kids are going to have chips, they have to put them in a bowl.

I talk to myself everyday. I thought everyone did that! I do answer myself though... Sometimes its the most stimulating conversation I have all day!

That's no big deal. Just so long as you don't argue with yourself. That's a problem. No it's not. Yes it is, who asked you? You're spreading misinformation. Am not! Don't mind him folks, he's off his meds again. Quiet you!

Ahem. What were we discussing?

I have quirks!!!!

I thought of one tonight:

I discovered that my cat loves pizzalicious flavored pringles. When I moved away and gave her to my parents I sent her a birthday card with a little baggy of those pringles for her. Note: she doesn't care for the other flavors.
