Sarah, so we have YOU to thank for our list! What a wonderful and fun idea! I hope to be on it again someday.
...lol...yeah, I tend to be a very organized person (on the computer at least) so I like things in order....there are quite a few things around here that I started for my own benefit of organization that took off and kept going for years...lol. I guess it's a "gift" of mine....lol

Hi everyone!! I have missed so much in the last month, and now I feel so far behind. But thankfully I am on my own schedule now. Today is my first day off (besides weekends) since the madness ended!!! Going through some of what I missed, I must say I love all the belly shots!! You girls all look so beautiful.

Sorry I haven't been on to update. Using my hands have become a battle to face, they just don't want to work and they HURT. So the less I can do (like typing and such) the better off they feel.

WOW, it is crazy to look at the list. I have so moved up. It is sort of a happy/sad feeling. I love being pregnant, but I can't wait to have my little one in my arms. And, I must say Congratulations to those I missed coming on to the list! Artemis, I think it is wonderful to see you on the list, you know i have kept you in my prayers.

We almost have our nursery finished. I have to find or make curtains, paint the scripture on the wall and hang pictures. I find myself, sitting in there rocking all the time.

This weekend is my baby shower back home, I am excited but at the same time dreading it. We just went back home 2 weekends ago and the trip about killed me. My hands and feet looked like balloons and my hips hurt so bad. So hopefully this time it will be better. WE are renting a SUV to take back so we have more room. Hopefully that will help.

So you guys take care till Monday. And then I will be on a lot more. I will try to keep going back and catching up. But my house is in dire need of catching up also...so between breaks I will have computer time!

sure can! I saw a chiro throughout my last pregnancy and he fixed my pregnancy carpel tunnel right up. I had little or no problems. Wonderful!

really? wow!! I will have to find one, the only thing my dr. told me is to wear braces when I am at home, but it is really hard to do simple things with those things on especially when I am in the wake up and pee every hour and a half at night. So thanks for tips...

Gotta go there are wasps in my house!!! Ugh, I hate stinging things...where is my dh when I need him!

Okay...Here is my 16 weeks pic. It is horrible because hubby took it and I am making some bad facial expressions but....oh well...I am really not in pain as it appears...he just caught me off guard and the battery died before we could take better ones...

Erin - adorable belly! ... and pretty pink toenails too! Sigh - I can just barely trim mine without passing out! LOL Maybe DH will paint them for me.

Well I must be nesting - really didn't think I'd be the nesting type, but what else do you call an irresistable urge to clean out the garage, clean and organize the pantry, scrub trash cans and litter boxes... weird. I'm not even tired yet, but I will probably regret this later. lol

Erin - I love the belly pic =) You're beautiful!

KRISTIN!!! It's great to "see" you! I'm sorry you're having a hard time with your carpal tunnel. I had a repetitive strain injury a few years ago, so I know how difficult it can be!!! I can't imagine both hands all the time though - that must be hard! Have a good time at your shower, and I hope that the drive isn't too terrible this time! Oh, and btw, I love the name

Lily - definitely sounds like nesting to me!! Maybe baby's gettin' ready to come!

Yay!!! Our Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper was shipped out today!!! We bought it almost a month ago, but it was back-ordered!! God is faithful! I've been feeling so unprepared this week, but I've managed to buy 8 diaper covers, I'm in the process of finding the newborn sized ones, and our co-sleeper is now shipping!!! AH!! I'm feeling much better about things =)

Oh - and I've got my family shower this w/e, so that should be fun! My sister says I'm getting tonnes of cloth diapering stuff, so I'm looking forward to seeing what I get!

Kristin - I didn't even see the name before - I love it!

Kim, I'm glad you're feeling more prepared. I don't think I'll ever feel completely ready... if we had to wait for that he'd never come out! I hope you have a wonderful time at your shower!!

I don't remember if I told you all - the girls at my church are throwing me one this Sunday after the service! With family being so far away, the ladies at church have been such a special blessing to me. I am so grateful for them.

Sarah, thanks for putting me as surprise and not just green. Funny, but I like seeing "surprise."

I've been debating about changing the color of the surprise ones to another one...instead of green.

Now we can say "Go Team Orange!!!"

Erin- LOVE the prego pic! Oh my goodness, you're so adorable.

Kristin- I'm glad you're back. We've been missing you around here!

Lily- Have fun at your shower!

Thank you, Kati. How are things with you? You only have a few night shifts left, right? Is the m/s easing up?

I've been having lots of BH contx today. DH thinks I overdid it cleaning out the garage - lol. I don't feel bad though, just pretty crampy. I hope that means my body is preparing. Maybe I can get some of the work done ahead of time so my cervix doesn't have as far to go during "real" labor.

good morning ladies

I have a question... As I was driving to work this morning I was looking at my face in the mirror....and I noticed I had all red dots on my face.. on both of my cheeks... I am not sore.. they do not itch... I haven't eaten anything different... I haven't washed my face with anything different...I haven't changed the detergent... I am not allergic to anything I know.... and its is JUST on my face?!... has anybody had something like this happen to them?.. one thing i was noticing this morning is my right ear hurt a little.....is there a relation? should I go see my normal GP or do I need to go see my OB/GYN?

I feel like a freak!

It could be little burst blood vessels. That's not unusual during pregnancy, I get them on my chest. It doesn't sound like anything to worry about, I'd just watch it and bring it up on your next visit.

Erin, your pic looks great.
My camera's memory card is full of pics and I can never remeber to upload them. The baby will likely be here before I remember at the rate I am going.

I would like to be put as "surprise" on the list if possible please. Thanks for mentioning it Kim, I hadn't actually noticed until you mentioned it (that could be because I read this thread from the last post back to the first though...I'm strange like that).

I have been feeling great this past week. My cough is pretty well gone and my energy levels seem to have stayed fairly "normal".
I had to train one of my replacements for work this past week. My boss keeps reminding me that she had to hire two people to replace me. I don't meet the second girl until Monday or Tuesday. It got a little hard emotionally by the end of today though, just thinking of leaving the children behind- specifically the one child for whom I am a personal support worker. I know that it will all work out though. I only have 20 more days of work until I'm on pregnancy leave!

It's nice and strange to see my name up there again. With BOY beside it. But soooo cool. It seems my belly has popped in the last week. It's 'out' all the time now. it used to be it was the biggest in the evenings. Now it's big in the morning.

Baby's been bee-bopping in there more and more, with kicks that surprise me.

My MIL and I went to a Just Like New consignment on thursday and bought all sorts of new baby boy clothes. We were away last week and I brought a whole bunch of dirty clothes plus the baby's clothes home. I did all the wash in the house yesterday. Like 10+ loads. But baby's clothes are washed, dried and sorted as to size. I know it seems early, but looking forward to my summer, it seems busy, what with church functions and so forth and the huge garden we are putting in. Come sept if I have time, I might be just plain tired to get it done. I can't believe I'll be 20 weeks this wed!!! Eck!! That means I have 20 more to go!

I posted in the SAWM thread, but knowing there are all mommas in here too I thought I'd mention that on my blog I linked to a free yo-mommy 4 pack yogurt sample. They'll mail you a coupon for it I'm rather excited to try it!!

Are there any safe sleeping pills for pregnant women? I *am not* sleeping well and I need a solution!!

Welp, I'm 8 weeks today and my jeans don't fit at all There's a teacher down the hall from me who's pregnant and she told me she was in maternity clothes exclusively by the time she was 9 weeks, so I guess I don't feel so bad. Some of my work clothes still fit fine and I'm hoping to make them last the 5 weeks I have left of the school year so I won't have to replace my work-wardrobe when I may not be coming back next year...

... and speaking of that, I have a bit of a prayer request, I guess. My husband resigned from his job this week (it's a long story, but it was the right decision). If he doesn't find something else by the end of June, I'm probably going to be teaching for another year I hate hate hate hate hate teaching, but it pays well and I'm not qualified to do anything else that pays as much, so if it's a choice between neither of us having a job and me having a job I hate, I guess I'll have to suck it up and teach again. Anyhow... I'm such a planner that I don't like not knowing where things are going. I know that it will work out, but I want to know how

I've taken Tylenol PM. It helps me sleep through the whole night. And there is always a pain that I can justify taking Tylenol for! I've been having never ending headaches here lately, probably just allergies. Bleh!
