Nadine! I forgot to tell you! Kentucky contacted me today on his own. He found me on facebook a few weeks ago, but today he messaged me. It made my day tremendously brighter. I haven't seen him in a while. I loved when he'd sit with me at church. Kind of miss that. I wanted to share though.

Very Cool Terri!

Now, I don't remember Kentucky, I remember the Paper Guy but thats it. Do tell.

Kentucky is the Piano Players from my church's son. He is very sweet in an in your face kinda way. When the choir position was taken over I started sitting in the very back of the church in what I call "the reject corner". He would always come in and sit right beside me. People had started asking me if we were dating. One Sunday we were sitting there and the choir started singing (with the newest director) and I started crying, he just reached over ever so gently and patted me on the shoulder. Then today he IMed me to see if I was okay because he was worried about me.

He is a very nice guy. His mom has raised him well. I would love to have her as a MIL.

His mom is the one who sat at the hospital with me when I went to the ER a few weeks ago. She left to meet him for dinner, then he came back with her. I think he wanted to take me home (maybe?) but she said she would.

Wait, Armydude, didn't you have another avatar earlier? I couldn't have been imagining ... could I? (or are you gonna deny it?)

Nadine!!!

How did you make out with the storm last night? I walked out the front door this morning and said "Huh, looks like it rained last night." To which the munchkin gave me a really strange look and said "Mom! It was really stormy and poured like crazy last night!"

Driving in this morning I saw all the damage.

I think I was much more tireder than I realized because I slept through the whole thing.

Wow, you must have been tired!!!!
We had a lightening show like I have not seen in a long time, no time between flashes at all it was incredible. At one point the thunder sounded like bombs exploding, I love that! There was lots of rain too. Oh and my car looks clean.

Oh and my car looks clean.

LOL

You know, I do remember seeing some lightning in the distance when we were heading home from the munchkin's music lesson. I remember goofing off at a red light. There was a big truck behind us with really bright lights, and a great big SUV in front of us (I have a little car) and we were doing hand puppets. It was as good as a flashlight and a wall in the dark!

Hey, I'm liking the avatar so much I had to swipe it myself. Now I have to look at names to figure out who's who.

Ed ... you love cheesecake! denyityoucant

Yeah, if you want something saved for posterities sake, my thread is really not the best choice. I have actually found my thread on the third page before.
