Actually, the investigation seemed generally to agree with Kerstens analysis.

It's a public school - they should respond to question by the press.
Someone has to, before other religions are targeted. In any case, this isn't about defending Islam, it's about defending secularism. I am not on the Muslim's 'side'. I thought if problems existed, then the school could justifiably be criticised and action taken.
You consistently defend Muslims and attack Christians; it's not about secularism, it is about hypocrisy.

To be fair, I have worked in a charter school that was essentially a Christian school. The school only hired Christian teachers, Christian holidays were celebrated, prayer was encouraged, etc., etc., etc. The ACLU never came after us I suppose because they really don't care. I know Christians like to think the big bad ACLU is out there to "get them", but, I'm not sure it is a justified or legitimate fear.

There's no arguing with you Jhud. I'm no Muslim-defender. I take issue with unjustified criticism thrown their way, but I would do the same for Christians as well (though, I haven't had the occasion to).

So you would support a public school, named after a Christian saint that was attached to a church, had a pastor as a director, dimissed children during the day to pray in the chapel, and included Bible Studies in their lesson planner? Cool.
