My biggest fear is "am I his type". The world (and yes, even some in the church) put a great deal of emphasis on the physical appearance of women. As an older woman, I do what I can to be a good steward of this temple, but let's face it ... at 44 some things just look a lot different than they did pre-baby at 24 or even 34. Would love to meet someone who say the real me and not just the packaging.

Egad!!!! I tried to vote but was unable to do so. Isn't there supposed to be the word vote somewhere around there in the poll box???
Anyway, I'm always very self-conscious on the first date. I keep wondering if he'll show up on time? Will he show up at all? I hope I won't do anything to embarrass myself or him? Those thoughts keep running through my mind until hopefully, he arrives, hopefully on time.
