Dear Father, protect the children. Heal the wounds of abuse, illness, povery, hunger, fear, and all that harms and warps our children and young people. Bless them and draw them to Yourself. In Jesus name. Amen

Lord, please protect all of the precious children, please keep them under your wings Lord, as
they face problems at such a young age, sickness, abuse, loneliness, foster care, lose of a parent, please Lord spare them this pain Lord and I pray for them to have good christian
friends and family members around for them...

Lord we love you and we know how much you love the children. I pray in the name of Jesus that you will continue to be with them and cover them with the blood of Jesus. Send your angels to bear them up in their wings and keep them from harm. Let no evil befall them and no harm come near their dwelling. Protect them by day and by night Lord. Thank you in the name of Jesus

Mark 10:13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. 14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. 15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. 16 And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.

This is a small portion of one of my e-devotions this morning:
"More than any other emotion, the poor feel overwhelmed. Without financial resources, shelter, food, education, justice, or skills to address their plight, they succumb to the downward spiral that leads to hopelessness and despair. That, my friend, is the essence of poverty." - Dr. Wess Stafford, in his book Too Small to Be Ignored.
A generous man will himself be blessed, for he shares his food with the poor. - Proverbs 22:9
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. - Proverbs 13:12
Father, help these children who are being raised in a world surrounded by poverty to feel Your precious touch, to have a hope of eternal life in You, to never lose their dreams. Amen.
