Are there places along the trail where you can shower or swim etc?

Darcy, just about to have dinner. If I don't get back to you, have a great time away.

Well, no place to shower (hey, it's way out in the middle of nowhere!) but an occasional swim might happen.

Enjoy your dinner, Trish. See you when I get back!

Nope, you wouldn't want a broken leg out there on a hike.

One good thing, she won't have been able to take anything that goes boom.

Maybe she'll turn MacGyver on us and find the ingredients along the way.

Well, I imagine she'd be well on her way by now.

I wonder how Denny's doing.

Even without Denny, we can make sure she has lots to read when she gets back.

Okay, I fed and walked Ralph this morning. Who will do it tonight?

If he comes out now, Bailey might share some of his dinner with him.

What's our rotation for Monster Mutt duty? I did Saturday. Mike did today. Who'll take Monday? We really should have organized this before Darcy left, you know...

I would day either yes or no. Just got back from a camping trip which included seeing Darcy last Thursday night for supper. Fun, games, excitement and adventure. She was sober when she left.

So how was your time away?

Of course she was sober, Denny...you shouldn't try making Bloody Marys with Spicy V-8.

Okay, I just saw Ralph. His ribs are sticking out! He hasn't been fed since Sunday! Or walked, apparently. I paid to rent a carpet steamer, so the mess is cleaned up. And I fed the poor beast. But really, people, I need some help here! Why should I have to do all the work?
