Flair retired from wrestling. But sports entertainment has been such a huge part of his life, I doubt he'll be able to completely walk away...

If the Four Horsemen return though that would mean that he would be wrestling right? I could see him as a GM or something.

They've already done the "Flair GM" angle, and it didn't work. I was thinking he could manage the group. Edited to clarify: I mean handpicking the ones for the group, mentoring, etc.

That would be an interesting role that I think would work out nicely. I could also see him going to TNA.

Not with all I've heard about TNA. I don't see it.

He probably has quite a few friends there. Have you ever watched TNA?

Yes. Their action is pretty decent. The storylines are a JOKE. And a TNA wrestler (who used to be WWE) was quoted as saying TNA is a safe haven for those wrestlers that don't want to follow WWE's substance abuse policy...

I agree with part of your post, that part being the last thing you said, that is probably true. The storylines need a lot of stuff done to them, but the action is far better at times IMO.

The action in the matches is great. I just wish TNA would do something better with the James Gang.

Yeah they should, making them feud isn't really cool IMO. It helps though having Vince Russo (old WWE storyline writer from the Attitude era) as a storyline writer.

My kids usually watching Veggietales, so I don't get to watch TNA or WWE much.

What happened, Jordan? I was so exhausted from my run earlier in the evening that I fell sleep on the couch and missed the last 20 minutes of IMPACT. Duane

Scott Steiner interefered in the match when he popped Kurt Angle, and Samoa Joe retianed the belt. Now there will be a three way match between Steiner, Angle and Joe on their PPV...

That sure was dumb what William Regal did at the end of the main event, that match was starting to get really good too.

Smack Down was great last night. Untill the end of the show where Edge shows up and pushes Batista over the ropes to become the number 1 contender for the Championship.

The draft was full of surprises... Rey Mysterio, Michael Cole, CM Punk, Batista and Kane went to Raw. Jeff Hardy, Jim Ross, Umaga, Mr. Kennedy, and HHH went to Smackdown (talk about big fish in a small pond). Matt Hardy went to ECW.

You realize, of course, what this means? There's a title change in store for either Edge or Triple H. Vince is not going to have 2 "Heavyweight Champions" in one brand, and none in another. He knows that just won't set well with the fans. Personally, I think that Batista is going to take the title from Edge (in spite of Vicki's madcap manuevers), thus setting up 2 excellent feuds: Cena/Batista and Edge/HHH. And if I'm right about this, then HHH will put both Vicki and Edge in their proper place - the garbage can! Of course, this is jmoho. Duane

Well they are setting up Vickie for a change over to being a babyface... So I think they'll let Edge keep the title and HHH lose his. So a Cena/Batista rivalry could be in order as well as a HHH/Edge rivalry.

YankeeNut, How could Cody partner up with both Ted DiBiasi and Hardcore Holley? What'd he do - switch in the middle of the match or something? And Kofi got a little bit of help from HBK to beat Jericho. Batista really got his revenge against Edge last night on RAW. First of all, the "Jut-Jawed Jerk" interrupts JR's "Farewell Speech," then proceeds to brag about how RAW didn't have a GM (while SmackDown has "the love of his life - Vicki Guererro. BARF!!!) the Undertaker (thanks to "La Familia") or a World's Champion (same as before). As he's leaving the ring, Batista walks out and proceeds to beat the dog snot out of him, leaving Edge laying in the ring after a "Batista Bomb." As he's leaving, here comes CM Punk, briefcase in hand and a referee in tow. He tells the ref to have Lillian announce the match, the bell rings, Punk picks up Edge and hits him with the "GTS." Good morning, good afternoon, and goodnight Irene! It's all over and CM Punk is the new World's Heavyweight Champion. Sounds familiar, don't it? Edge has pullled the same stunt twice to win titles, so it's deja vu for "The Rated 'R' Stupid-star." My only question is this: what happened in the JBL vs. Punk match? My father-in-law turns out the lights at 10:00, so I missed the whole 2nd hour! HELP!! Duane

Punk won that one too...Cena and Cryme Time helped him by taking care of JBL's "security". And Cody did turn on Hardcore Holly in the middle of the match... so he both won and lost the belts at the same time. That's really strange and really cool...
