There's probably a lot of wishful thinking in that ancestral lineage.

I would agree.

LOL! Stirrer!

Is Q back to his normal colour?

No. He's still a very splotchy pink.

We had the soup kitchen on Tuesday. There was a record crowd and more tables had to be setup. It was beyond capacity. Thank God that we had enough food. Seems as if every month brings a new challenge with increased demand.

We served chicken tenders...marinated in buttermilk and breaded. Mac-n-Cheese and a dinner roll completed the entree, complemented with a choice of sliced peaches, applesauce, watermelon and a variety of desserts.

Thankfully, no fights broke out this time.

No, we haven't been up to the Christmas shop this year. And the next trip will probably be to Indiana instead of North, so most likely we won't make it to the Christmas shop again anytime soon. We do love going to the Frankemuth, Michigan area though.

Don't know. Would have to see what they had.

Ok, now you're just showing off about your concert tickets now, aren't ya?!

I wish we had a store like that over here.

Trish what would be your favorite things from a store like that. Like what isle would you head for first?

You do your helmet proud Ray!

Give TooShy a hug for putting up with it. LOL!!

Christmas ornaments, Denny.

Toby Keith, Raybro? Too cool! And Montgomery Gentry is just as cool!

"Gone like a freight train, gone like yesterday, gone like a soldier in the civil war, bang bang!"

And yes, I've sang along with that one on the radio.

Yeah, I think word gets out when we do the soup kitchen. That may be part of why the turnout is so high for us. Also though, we serve late in the month is when most people on assistance are out of money.

Hi Ray, do you think that the increase of people for the soup kitchen has to do with the high gas prices and the latest credit crunch?

'All of the above.'

Unemployment is very high right now. Our area is hugely impacted by layoffs in the automotive industry.

Yeah, they (GM) will close a plant in Janesville, Wisconsin and that is going to hurt big time. There are several others too that will close by the 2010 date.More Here.
