Good Evening. I thought I would give you an update on Charlie's condition. He is doing very well. He is now weighing approximately 9 pounds and his eyes are open. They are still feeding him with a feeding tube, but that should be ending soon. He is getting more feisty and has even kicked the doctor a few times. Recently my brother, Tom, had some tests run on Charlie and there does not appear to be any bad side effects from his severe fever.

Charlie will be in the hospital for at least another 10 days (until his antibiotics run out). Tonight Tom, Erin and Samantha are going to visit Charlie. This is Samantha's first visit with Charlie since he got ill. Thank you for all of your prayers, the family appreciates it.

Yeah, I kinda thought that too at first but it's already comfortable. I think the initials of CJ would be cute too.
He really is a cute baby and his hair is red. His sister Sam has really red hair too.

Eric Update
His kidney was shutting down due to one of 4 kidney stones. He had a stent put in and that has helped the kidney. They will not do anything surgically about the kidney stones until they do some further investigation as to why the liver was so involved. He is out of danger right now for the most part but I pray they can find out quickly about the liver so the stones can be taken care of.

Sisters...

I have to laugh when I think of my poor brothers when I came along. First girl and all. I could get them in trouble sooooo easily if they came against me in any way. LOL!!

Being the only boy didn't buy me any special privileges other than getting out of doing housework. My grandmother used to spoil me, but my sisters made sure that I knew I was nothing special.

Pretty good Mike My little job at work is done, (I went at 6:15) and now I am getting ready to pick my sister up for breakfast and then we are going to Oshkosh to the outlet shoppes Mall there. A real deviation from the norm for me (that kind of shopping). Going with my sister is another rare thing. Hope we don't irritate each other.


What have you got planned Mike? Whatever it is, even if it is just lazin' around the house, you enjoy it.
