I'm Melissa and I live in the midwestern part of the great United States of America!. I've been posting here since October, 2006 and enjoying every minute of it. My favorite forums are Singles, Humor and Games and of course, Blog Towne, where I post encouraging stuff in my blog, MyCat Musings. (see link in signature below).

I enjoy reading and listening to Christian, country and oldies secular rock and roll music. I also enjoy playing with my cat, Smokey, writing poetry and devotionals and learning to make jewelry with beads. Surfing the Internet is also a favorite pasttimes, as well as watching police and medical shows on TV.

I'm single and content to remain so, for I can focus more on Godly things instead of relationship issues. I want to publish a book of poetry or maybe a novel someday, when life's circumstances are better. I like to help and advocate for people who have problems doing so on their own. I have a good sense of humor and I consider myself to be an honest and dependable person.

Name: Gayle

Location: Southern California, the place where prayer is needed, since it is a liberal state..

How Long Posting/Lurking: About 7 or 8 years now..

What you enjoy doing: Love watcing sports, including hockey. Unfortunatly my team is not going to make the playoffs, I love the game in general. I also love all types of Christian music and love to work with children, which it is a full time job with me now.

A Little About Me: I'm techically a widow, but I'm also single. I lost my husband in 1992 after we got married a year eariler. So much how things have changed. I been on horrible dating experiences and thinking that this person, that person was the one, it was not what God has in mind with me right now. The reason why I have not found the right person is that God designed me to be with the "best" person he wants for me.
