I did do the figures in my head... If we took my entire "Wal-Mart" budgeted monies for 5 months I'd have enough cash to buy the camera and lenses I'd like to have. BUT then we'd all stink to high heaven and starve... and I mean ALL of us... the cats and the dog too, and I just couldn't bear to see the dog like that.

And anybody that has a Walmart budget is alright by me.

Anyone who mentions Wal Mart is sinning.

Sound like "the name that shall not be named" kind of thing. Which of course leaves me no alternative than...

walmart, walmart, walmart, walmart.................

Atleast it's not Beetlejuice....

I had to go to walmart to pick up some moving boxes... and then went to the grocery store to buy food (yes, superwalmart has food but I like the other store better). What urks me is that the next day, when I wanted to be packing the boxes some more, it turns out we had no vaccum bags and I had to go to Walmart, again! So not only did I go to walmart, I went with a cranky attituge.....

I don't remember what color shirt I had on and I had already gased up the truck.

I put some $2.75 gas in my car last summer and have never used the last quarter of that tank. I just keep putting the more expensive gas in on top of that cheap gas. So, if I need to make a special trip to Walmart for something I forgot, I just use that cheap gas near the bottom of the tank I bought last summer.

Please don't ask - it's hard enough to do without having to explain.

That's brilliant.

Oh my!! I'm going to have to say some serious prayers for all of you! The sins of Wal Mart are so deeply ingrained in you that you can't even see it.

Do you know what you get if you spell Wal Mart backwards???

You get tramlaw!!! Sounds an awful lot like trample..... as in trample the Word of God!

I will pray that you all repent of tramlaw.

Does that mean if we drive to Walmart in reverse it's okay?

Tramlaw comes from an earlier time in California where the biggest, meanest dude on the trolley car (or tram) decided the rules for everyone else - where to sit and how much to pay.

Remember this, there might be a test Friday afternoon.

Just be forewarned. THIS happened to Chonda Pierce after shopping at Wal Mart!
I think they should start catering to her needs and the needs of other women like her.

EEEK, after moving we've been shopping... couch, new television, and now a new computer chair. The (cheapskate) frugal part of me is rebelling!

HURRY!
Sit down on your couch, turn on the TV and find a good movie! Your rebellion self will fly away for another day.

but does your kitty sleep on the keyboard or in front of the monitor?

I have to go buy a.c. filters today. We had one stuffed in a closet (who put a dirty filter in the closet) and m'love called me over. He asked, "honey, which one of these looks worse...?"

He likes to sleep on my chair. Sometimes I have to race him to it.
