The only adventure I've had is losing my voice.

Don't know what happened. I went back to bed and had a bit of sleep, and when I woke up, my voice was back! I'm not complaining. It just seems strange that the first part of the morning, I have no voice, and after some sleep, it's back again. Oh well.

Had a quiet day anyway. Managed to get some reading done and got one book finished. I'm about to start another.

I'm hoping to get some more of the recipe cards done this weekend or some other things towards Christmas. It won't be long before I need to get things in overseas mail.

Nope. I've got tomorrow off, so I can get a lot of things done around the house that need to be done.

Hey, there's even a thread about that book around here somewhere.

Yesterday Susie and I had a good supper after w*** then went to see the movie, Fireproof. Today, a friend of mine has season tickets to the ASU games so we went to that. Had to walk about a mile and a half to get back to the car from the stadium. Then we went to the Golden Trough Corral for supper.
Just got back and now I'm tired and full.

Denny, glad you and Susie had some good time out.

I've slept the vast majority of the day. I don't know why. I keep trying to stop myself from falling asleep, but it's useless! I can't do anything!

Didn't get to church today. Have no car, so we couldn't get there.

Don't think I've read one page all day.

Isn't the Shack supposed to be controversial? I think some in the books folder think it is, and some of my friends. Having never read it, I don't know.

We had a Telethon here for the children's hospital here, and also for childhood research. In 26 hours, they raised just over 7.5 million dollars. A record for us. We were excited when Perth reach 6.2 million, but over 7.5 million! Awesome! I didn't see much of the Telethon. I slept through most of it.

Well, on that note, I'd better go to bed. I'll talk to you all later.

How was the movie, Denny? I'll need to wait for the DVD, but I'm looking forward to it!

The movie was pretty good. A bit sappy and very predictable but hey it had a good message. Susie would like to put me on a 40 day plan now.

Hi everybody.

Another quiet day here. Won't be like that on Wednesday though. We've asked a friend of ours to take us shopping as we've got some things to do. It'll be the busiest we've been for a while. Want to get as much done in as least amount of time as possible so we don't have our friend wondering what she can do.

Well, I'd better get myself to bed so that I can get up on time.

Thanks Diane. Much appreciated.

(((((((((((((((((DIANE))))))))))))))))))))))

Had a busy day today. A friend came and took us shopping and to get a few errands done. I was up a lot earlier than I have been in ages. Haven't had a sleep all day. It's been a pretty painful day. Going to go to bed now.
