About camel spiders: You haven't lived until you've seen one of those attack and eat a small lizard. It's really no fun...

Seriously - Had I gotten into the Army Reserves and been deployed to Iraq - I probably would have taken my M-16 out if I ever saw a camel spider. I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really detest spiders. Just the pictures of those things make me want to scream, pass out, run for cover and shiver all over.

Of course, yesterday while cleaning my garage I had a close encounter with a black widow. There is now a dead black widow in my garage. (Trying not to think about what's still alive in there ).

I actually don't freak out. However, spiders around and in my house have a very high mortality rate...

My philosophy in life is anything with 8 legs deserves to die. I have no problem being the executioner.

Yep, I tell all creepy crawlers --outside you live --in this house you die

So now I am thinking of a new thread for She Says...

LOL! Okay, I looked. I really was worried that it had to do with real spiders. You're so funny!

Well, it really is called a spider map.

As one who uses the Red Line, I'm very fond of that spider map.

I had to share a picture of my strange cat Sadie. She has a flat face like a pug and sometimes she sleeps with her face flat on the bed. I have no idea how she breathes, but it totally cracks me up. Here she is, sound asleep...

Oh, and this is what happens when I try to do laundry... And why one of the most important items in my house is a lint roller...

Her love of objects in my house is in direct proportion to how noticeable the fur she leaves all over will be...

**phosy secretly makes some adjustments to the trap so it'll nail dude instead when he comes back**

Well, in one hour and twenty minutes or so, I'm heading off to jail. If you don't hear from me tomorrow, you'll know where I'm at...
