If your photo dimensions or file size is to big the system will not allow you to upload.
You will need to use a photo editor to resize it to meet the requirements.
We're sorry, we do not offer support for this work so you will either need to get someone to help you or learn how to operate a photo editor yourself.
You may want to read or post asking for help in the Feedback & Help folder as there are a number of knowledgeable people on the Forum who have posted help for others who have had the same problem.
