I know that this might have been asked before and there are threads in other folders about this, however the simple question not for debate at all, but rather whether you have a tattoo or not and would you ever consider getting one? Inquiring minds want to know!

Well Mike, since you mentioned this thread over in another thread, I'll answer your question. LOL
Yes, I have two tattoos; both roses; one a long stemmed rose and one a blossomed rose, no stem.
I'm not sure if I would ever get another one or not . . . although ironically enough, I saw a woman today that had a anklet tattooed around her ankle (gee, what a place for an anklet - LOL). It was a chain of red daisies; only the center of each flower was red; the rest of the tattoo was in black.
I found it to be an interesting tattoo.
I have considered getting a henna lace-design necklace lately. I think that would be fun.

I would...if I could figure out where and what.
The bff and I joke we'll get matching ones on the inside of our right ankles (red right ankle by the decemberists) but don't know if that will ever really happen.

I don't have one but there are two I want.
A faerie on my right shoulder, and a snake on my leg.
I have the designs picked out and everything, I just haven't justifyed spending the money on it.

I had the opportunity to get tattoos for free when my ex tried to get established in that line of work. I stubbornly said No, and I still don't want one. I'll just use a sharpie marker if I really want to draw something on me.
Even though it is not part of the OP, I can appreciate a well done tattoo on someone else.

i have a tattoo on my left arm like, high near my shoulder. it says "innocence". i got it in miami (not at miami ink!) but with some friends when we were on vacation a couple years ago.
i have "wanted" to get others, but if i got all the tattoos i wanted i would be all marked up and i dont wanna look like that!!
so i'll keep it simple!
some tattoos i like, some i honestly dont. this might sound judgemental but i think tattoos that dont have a meaning are stupid. but then again when i break down what mine says... it kinda sounds like: in no sense!!

Dont have any dont want any. My daughter has 2, both small fortunatly. In the UK and I guess in the uSA as well it has got very common for girls to get them but I am sorry I hate them on girls especially the current craze to have them at the bottom of their back, cos guess what? They then wear a short top to show them off,whih isnt very modest.

and (2) I wasn't a diabetic. But I don't want to chance it -- I have enough wounds on me that take too long to heal (diabetes reduces the rate of circulation and thus the rate of healing of all sorts of wounds to various body parts and of infections).
