We are done with legal proceedings for my son - 10/21/2009 10:56:11 PM

Well my son had his last court date on Monday. He could have fought on but he was tired of going to court so he plead guilty and took the 5 years probation. That is fair since he did take a golfcart and damage it. It is not going to be as bad as I thought. His sentance was suspended so he does not have to mark that he is convicted of a felony on job applications and when he is done he will not have a felony conviction on his record just the arrest. So we are thankful.
