I heard about it on the morning news. Very sad for me. I don't think I missed an episode of his show.

I don't remember him really well, but I know my dad and older brother liked him.

I loved Soupy. He made me laugh and I love to laugh. I remember the pies in the face and the he would open a door and get a pie or the door would be open, something like that. Hey, it was a long time ago and I was young. All the puppets he had. I forgot about White Fang! Lots of nice memories. What I most remember is his song called Do The Mouse. I went to Catholic School and one of the boys in my class had to go up to the blackboard to do a math problem. When he got up there, instead of doing the problem he did The Mouse! Sister was not impressed. I wonder how Soupy would have felt?

RIP Soupy. You made my afternoons a lot more fun.

He probably would have loved it. He once told the kids to get all the "green papers" from Daddy's wallet and send it to him at the studio. Almost got canceled for that!

I don't remember that. I guess I was much younger than I thought when i watched that show. To bad the nuns didn't like it. You're probably right, he would have loved it.
