WOAI (San Antonio, TX) - Vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin may describe herself as a hockey mom, but she's becoming a fashion icon.
Women are now going after the Palin look. Whether it's the hair or the clothes, she's got the hot style right now. But the biggest trend...is those glasses. Everybody wants those frames.

I have heard there is an increase in demand for moose-skin purses as well.

It was funny on GMA today during the Palin glasses segment did you see it?
The one guy was commenting on one of the other women wearing her glasses and then she pulled her hair up as to mimick Palin. Then they guy (forget his name) said give her a gun, anybody have a gun? or something like that and it faded to black and went to break really quick before he finished his sentence almost lol. I'm sure that guy experienced severe repercussions after that comment lol.

And yet, we were told by the Boston Herald HERE that she was "passe," "disheveled," and "a little too long in the tooth for such tresses." "Long hair after 40 can flirt with desperation."
Seems to me that the one flirting with desperation isn't Governor Palin, it's the media.

Palin is soooo pretty! I love her look!
