My darling Matthew whom I've been praying for salvation for started a new job last week.
Last night he came home extremely distraught and discouraged over it. This morning he left for work in sullen spirits, not wanting to even go.
Please pray with me that God will give him a good, encouraging, successful day at work today.
Please pray that in his sadness, his heart will be receptive to Gods existance and love.
Please pray that somehow God will be glorified in this situation, and that Matthew will see it happen.
Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you those of you who prayed about Matthew's day today...
He was Fired!
No real reason given. Seems strange to fire him after 7 days of work being that he went through a 5 week long interviewing process with them and it was an executive level job he was extremely qualified for-
This is the first time he's ever been fired and is feeling a bit bewildered.
I ask now that you would please pray that this situation will be tied in somehow to God's sovereign plan of bringing Matthew to Him. There is about 20k of outstanding debt that is now overdue, and he needs to have income coming in to stay afloat.
God knows Matthew’s needs, and has been known to allow pain and suffering take place to get the attention of those He’s calling. Maybe this is what He’s doing with Matthew? Anyhow, please pray then, for finances, employment, and above all, the RETURN TO GOD!!!

Father, asking that You would help Matthew with the problems at his work, and most of all that he would come to know You as savior and Lord. Help him to see You at work all around him. Soften his heart Lord. In Jesus name. Amen

Oh Holy Lord,
Matthew is in an interview RIGHT NOW! He has been jobless since May and is in desparate need of financial provision. I pray for the person conducting the interview as we speak. Please help them to see how Matthews skills and experience match with this position and hire him without hesitation! I praise You for the wonderous works You are doing today. Please draw Matthew to You and help him to see that all good comes from You and You alone.
