We get breaks????

That's what I was thinking I'm a teacher, so I get a 50 minute conference period, but I have to spend it working on school stuff, going to meetings, calling parents, grading papers, etc. We also get 20 minutes for lunch, but I spend my lunch time grading as well. I get to school an hour before I'm required to be there and leave half-an-hour after we're allowed to leave. And I take about an hour's worth of work home every night. My schedule is pretty typical for a teacher.

Depends. On a slow sales day I will try to sneak in 15 mins. On some days I get none. I am a salaried manager and sometimes it's just not possible.

However long I decide to make it, depending upon my need. Then there are other days when I never take a break.

Hard to say. In my job, software engineer, there is no "break" time. On most days, if we want to get up and walk around, we get up and walk around. If I want to slack off for a few minutes, I slack off provided I can still get my work done for the day/week/month/project/year.

Now on the downside, we hear of things like " a full 40 hour work-week" and think "wow, that person only works part-time"

When your schedules are typically organized into months, 5, 10, or 15 minutes becomes merely a drop in the bucket.
